What is your return policy?
I hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, here are your options:
For items that arrived damaged:
Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. Seller will reimburse buyer for return shipping only when the buyer uses USPS First Class Mail service. If the buyer choses another service, the buyer will receive a partial shipping refund. Exchanges available on damaged products instead of a refund is also available for same product only. For more information please visit Return Policy or Terms of Use.
Do you ship internationally?
No, as of now shipping is only within the United States. Hopefully, shipping to Canada will be an option soon.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately no, all placed orders will be shipped.
