RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For items that arrived damaged:
- RETURNS: Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. Seller will reimburse buyer for return shipping only when the buyer uses USPS First Class Mail service. If the buyer choses another service, the buyer will receive a partial shipping refund. Please contact me immediately if goods are damaged and pictures are appreciated.
- EXCHANGES: Items can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be sent back in their original packaging for the exchange and the exchange will be replacing the damaged goods for the intended undamaged item. Seller will reimburse buyer for return shipping only when the buyer uses USPS First Class Mail service. If the buyer choses another service, the buyer will receive a partial shipping refund. Please contact me immediately if goods are damaged and pictures are appreciated.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are not available.
If you have any other questions regarding refunds, exchanges, or cancellations feel free to contact me. I am one person so please allow a few days for a response. For the the most part refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless goods were damaged.
